The project was built with euro-financing after application in the program for development of rural regions. All the bedrooms are equipped with bathrooms. The project includes common spaces – kitchens, dining rooms, as well as a 9-meter swimming pool. The house is with southern exposure with a unique view towards the most prominent peaks of Balkan mountain.
